Agreement
By downloading or using MASTER (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
What MASTER is
MASTER is an independent trading-card discovery and collection-tracking tool. It surfaces public market information and an AI-assisted read on cards. It is a decision-support tool only.
Not affiliated with the card publishers
MASTER is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Wizards of the Coast, Konami, or any other trading-card game publisher. All card names, images, set names, logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners, who are not connected with or affiliated with MASTER. Card images and data are used to identify genuine collectibles for informational and collection-tracking purposes.
Not financial advice
MASTER is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not a licensed advisor. Collectible cards are not securities. Scores, prices, and signals are informational, may be delayed, estimated, or inaccurate, and are not a promise of future value. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and collecting decisions.
Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription (Pro, Elite, or Teams), billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Giveaways & sweepstakes
Any card giveaway run in the App is a sweepstakes and is governed by its own Official Rules, which are made available in the App. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a free method of entry with equal odds is provided. Void where prohibited. The sponsor is SAIL Studio; the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. Residents of Canada may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim a prize. Eligibility, entry periods, prize details, and odds are described in the Official Rules, which control.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the App: no reverse engineering, scraping our data at scale, reselling access, or using the App to break any law. We may suspend access for misuse.
Your content & device data
Your watchlist, owned-card entries, and preferences are stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAIL Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from buying, selling, or collecting decisions made using the App.
